Pricol Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on November 23, 2016 to fix the record date for determining the Shareholders of erstwhile Pricol Limited who will be entitled equity shares in Pricol Limited (formerly known as Pricol Pune Limited) pursuant to the order dated October 06, 2016 issued by Hon?ble High Court, Madras approving the scheme of amalgamation of Pricol Limited with Pricol Pune Limited.
