The 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 27 July, 2017 at the Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, New Delhi ? 110010 at 10.00 A.M.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed on Tuesday, 25th July, 2017 and Wednesday 26th July 2017.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find attached the Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
