Outcome of Board Meeting- The Board of Directors in the meeting held on 23rd May, 2018 recommended Dividend of Rs. 8/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 80%) on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018 for declaration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
