We wish to submit that the requirements for filing disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the half year ended 31st March 2020 under the above said regulation is not applicable to our company has its paid -up capital and net worth as on 31st March 2020 are 20 00 000/- and 91 90 773/- respectively. Which are below threshold limit mentioned in regulation 15(2) not requiring compliance with regulation 23 (9) of the said regulation.
