Shree Ganesh Elastoplast Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 30, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To Authorize Mr. Bharat V. Mashruwala, Whole Time Director to file all the Statutory returns with respective authorities.
2. To Confirm the Appointment of the Auditors and to fix their remuneration for the next financial years i.e. 2014-15.
3. To consider and Approve resignation as Managing Director of the Company of Mr. Nitin H. Mehta.
4. To appoint Internal Auditor as per section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 to conduct the Internal Audit for the financial Year 2014-2015.
5. To appoint Secretarial Auditor as per section 204(1) of the Companies Act ,2013 to conduct the Secretarial Audit for the financial year 2014-2015.
6. To confirm in Change in designation of Mr. Bharat V. Mashruwala.
