NR Agarwal Industries: Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations') - Approval For Water Assurance And Effluent Disposal For Unit VI

This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated December 20 2025 regarding the setting up of new Multilayer Board Plant (Unit VI) at Dahej Gujarat. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received approvals from Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) for: 1. Effluent disposal of 2000 KLPD (2.0 MLD) through the GIDC pipeline; and2. Water assurance aggregating to 4000 KLPD (4.0 MLD) comprising 2600 KLPD Narmada Water and 1400 KLPD Desalination Water. Pursuant to above approvals the Company is required to pay approximately Rs. 4.92 crs as advance towards capital contribution and related charges as prevailing GIDC policy.These approvals represent a key milestone in the infrastructure readiness of Unit VI and ensure availability of essential utilities for the project. There is no adverse impact on the Companys existing operations.
