With reference to above mentioned subject and in compliance with the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 and BSE Circular No.LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11 2019 we hereby confirm that our Company is Not a Large Corporateas per the applicability criteria given under the aforesaid Circular and the Company does not fall into the category of Large Corporate.
