Board in its meeting held today re-appointed Mr. Lakshmana Rao Janumahanti Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Subramanyam Adivishnu and Mr. P. Venkateswara Rao Deputy Managing Directors of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. 1st April 2024 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting.
