The 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Limited (The Company) was held today i.e. Wednesday August 10 2022 at 12.30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
