Linc Pen & Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2015, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 06, 2015 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on August 13, 2015.
