NDR Auto Components Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.As intimated in our letter dated 23rd December 2025 for the purpose as above and as per the Companys Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the trading window for the dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
