In reference to the above cited subject this is to inform that pursuant to the provisions of Section 96(1) of Companies Act 2013 read with second proviso the Registrar of Companies Uttar Pradesh vide its Order dated 13.09.2019 has granted Extension of 2 Months 15 Days time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial year ended on 31st March 2019 which is due to be held by 30.09.2019.
