Sea TV Network: Closure of Trading Window

In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 we hereby inform you that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors Promoters KMPs Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and the Companys Code of practices procedure and conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders with effect after the date of end of this quarter i.e. Thursday 1st day of January 2025 and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Third quarter ended on 31st December 2025.
