We would like to inform you that the Shareholders of the Company at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on November 15, 2017, have appointed Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP, Chartered Accountants (having Firm Reg No. 104607W/ W100166) as Statutory auditors of the Company for a term of 5 years commencing from the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting upto conclusion of the 38th Annual General Meeting, in place of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, who have completed their term.
