Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations 2018 (PIT Regulations) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendments) Regulations 2018 (Listing Regulations) the Board of Directors of the Company has amended the code of Fair Disclosure under Regulation 8 of the PIT Regulations and Code of Conduct under Regulation 9 of the PIT Regulations and other policies under Listing Regulations respectively.
The amended codes & policies shall be effective from 1st April 2019 and the same will be made available on the website of the Company i.e. www.visagar.com
