Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2013,
has approved reappointment of Sri. M. Srinivaasan as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from January 23, 2014, subject to the approval of the Central Government, Banks, Financial Institution and Members of the Company, as may be required.
