HBL Power Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2013, inter alia, recommended 15% Dividend (at Rs. 0.15 per share of Re. 1 each paid up) amounting to Rs. 379.50 Lakhs plus Tax on Dividend at Rs. 61.56 Lakhs.
