With reference to the earlier letter dated December 29, 2015, SRS Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has completed the acquisition process of entire paid share capital of ?SRS Entertainment Limited?, a Group Company comprising of 1,33,65,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at par on January 02, 2016.
Now, SRS Entertainment Limited has become the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
