This is to inform all eligible shareholders of the Company that the Rights Issue which opened on Tuesday September 9 2025 and was originally scheduled to close on Friday September 19 2025 which was earlier extended to Wednesday September 24 2025 has now been further extended to Tuesday September 30 2025. The extension was approved by the Rights Issue Committee at its meeting held on September 23 2025 to provide shareholders with additional time and opportunity to exercise their rights under the Rights Issue. Accordingly the last date of submission of the duly filled in CAF (along with the amount payable on application) is Tuesday September 30 2025.
