With reference to the captioned matter this is to inform the exchange that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulation Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.As per Regulation 33(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 listed entity which has listed their specified Securities on SME Exchange shall require to submit their financial results on the half yearly basis.As the company has listed its shares on the BSE - SME platform so that the company is not required to file their Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December 2021.Therefore requirement for Closure of Trading Window is not applicable to the Company.This is for your information and record.Thanking you.
