JCT Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2013, approved the allotment of 8,17,60,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2.50 each on preferential basis to the promoters and secured lenders under the CDR Scheme.
