Daulat Securities: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that Daulat Securities Limited has decided to close the Trading Window for all the Directors Central Statutory Auditors Designated Persona and all other Insiders pursuant to the provisions of Code of Fair Disclosures and Conduct read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 from 1st April 2026 upto 48 hours post the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting on which the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2026 are to be declared once fixed will be intimated to the exchange eventually.
