1) Accepted the resignation of Mr. Mohammed Iqbal Ali Dholakia as Chief financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect pursuant to completion of Open Offer for change in the Management of the Company.
2) Appointment of Mrs. Sneha Shouche as Chief financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect. She does not have any relationship with any directors of the Company. (brief profile is enclosed)
