FIBERWEB (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/01/2022 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Fiberweb (India) Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Monday 24th January 2022 at 11:30 AM at Kiran Building 128 Bhaudaji Road Matunga (East) Mumbai - 400019 to consider fund raising by the Company by issue of equity shares by way of preferential issue under SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018 subject to such approvals as may be required under applicable law including approval of shareholders of the Company.the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from from 01st January 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December 2021. Hence the trading window shall be closed even in respect of the aforesaid proposal in accordance with applicable laws.
