In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today while taking note of the retirement of Sri R S Raju CFO (Key Managerial Person) w.e.f 30th November 2020 have approved the appointment of Sri K Krishna Rao presently associated with the Company as Dy. CFO as CFO (Key Managerial Person) of the Company w.e.f. 1st December 2020.
Further the Board has noted that Sri S Ravi Independent Director ceased to be a director of the Company w.e.f. 9th November 2020 on completion of his term of appointment.
