Asahi Industries: Closure of Trading Window

As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation 2015 SEBI read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations 2018 including Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25 2019 the Trading Restriction Period shall be made applicable
from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results.
In view of the aforesaid it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the company would be closed from Thursday July 1 2021 and shall be opened 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended June 30 2021 with along with Limited Review Report.
