Pursuant to Regulation 30 read of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015(SEBI Listing Regulations) and further to our intimations dated 25-09-2025 and 29-08-2025 we wish to inform you that the Registrar of Companies Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) has approved the change in name of the Company from "Bangalore Fort Farms Limited" to "Grameva Limited" with effect from November 04 2025.The name of the Company thus stands amended to "Grameva Limited" with effect from November 04 2025 and the Memorandum of Association of the Company stands altered to the extent of the change of name of the Company.Certificate of Incorporation issued by MCA is attached herewith.Kindly take the same on your record and acknowledge the receipt.
