We wish to inform that in Compliance with the Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices (the Code) and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the Designates and Insiders from 23rd March 2020 till two days after the public announcement of the financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter ending on 31st March 2020.
