This is to inform you that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Bengaluru Bench (NCLT) has passed an order dated 4th November 2022 (Order) (uploaded to the website of the NCLT today i.e. Wednesday 17th November 2022) sanctioning the aforesaid Scheme with the Appointed Date as 1st April 2021.
