In continuation to our announcement dated November 13 2018 and in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that DBL Sangli Borgaon Highways Private Limited wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has received the financial closure letter dated February 25 2019 from the National Highways Authority of India.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees immediate relatives specified person and connected person shall be closed from February 27 2019 to March 1 2019 (both day inclusive).
