Camson Seeds: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Code of Conduct under SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015

This is with reference to the provisions of Regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading -Amendment) Regulations 2018.

Please find enclosed the revised Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of Camson Seeds Limited which was approved by the Board through a Resolution passed by Circulation on 31st March 2021. The same shall be displayed on the website of the Company.

This revised Policy shall come into effect from 01st April 2021.
