This is in furtherance to our letter no. EIL/BSE/2023-24/08/34 wherein the Company had earlier during the day submitted its Annual Report for FY 2022-23. Kindly note that certain inadvertent typo error was noticed in the non-statutory section of the Annual report and due to size restriction (Only PDF File - maximum file size 30 MB) during compression some pages got deleted. However the company has no specific intention for the said mistake. In view of the above we are enclosing herewith the revised Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of 32nd AGM.
