This is to inform you that as per the companys Code of Conduct for Regulation Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders in terms of (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended the trading window for dealing in the equity share of the company has been closed for designated employees and their immediate relatives w.e.f September 30 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results (both days inclusive) for the quarter ended September 30 2020.
