Panoramic Universal: Resignation of Director

In term of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received a resignation letter dated 31st January, 2018 from Ms. Soniya Gupte (DIN: 07656329), an Independent Director, conveying her decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company, in view of her other professional commitments.

Consequent to the resignation she also ceased to be the Member of Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee & Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
