This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Companys code to regulate monitor and report trading by Directors Promoters Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company trading window for dealing with securities of the Company will remain closed from July 1st 2021 or from the date of receiving this letter for Designated Persons including Promoters/Directors/Key Managerial Personnel/Designated employees of the company and their immediate relatives.
The trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 30th June 2021.
