The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Thursday October 16 2025 has inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30 2025.As per Regulation 47 of SEBI Listing Regulations the said financial results were published in the enclosed newspapers.
