1. The acceptance of resignations of Mr. Gopalbhai Devrajbhai Khichadia as Whole-time director of the Company with immediate effect and continue him as director with the Company.
2. The investment pursuant to the provisions of Sections 186 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act 2013 in CAPTAIN PIPES PVT LTD for Rs. 1.00 Crore (one crore Only) divided into 4,00,000 shares of Rs. 10/- each with premium of Rs. 15/- each.
