Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, pleased find enclosed hereby the following revised codes:
(1) Revised Code of Practices & Procedure for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information;
(2) Revised Code of Conduct to regulate & monitor trading.
The aforesaid revised codes have been approved by the Board of Directors and are effective from November 1, 2018
