In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the management of the Company will be having a Conference Call with Quant Mutual Fund originally incorporated in 1996 quant Mutual Fund is one of the oldest and pioneering mutual funds in India with an over 22 year legacy in the asset management industry in the Country today i.e. on Monday 14th June 2021 to discuss in detail about the ordinary course of business and the industry in which the Company operates.
The above Schedule may undergo change due to exigencies on the part of the Investor/ Analyst/ the Company.
