Spanco Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the approval received from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, vide letter dated September 11, 2013, the Company has extended the period of holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 by three months i.e. up to a period of December 31, 2013.
