This is to inform you that in terms of the provisions of SEBI(PIT) Regulation 2015 the trading windows for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for all its promoters directors other designated employees/persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st July 2026 till the end of 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026.
