Styrolution ABS (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 20, 2013, approved the proposal of making Styrolutions India Private Limited its Wholly Owned Subsidiary by acquiring 100% of its equity Shares, subject to any mandatory approvals.
