B.C. Power Controls Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 27, 2016, inter alia, has transacted following businesses:
1. Considered and approved the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 and authorized Mr. Naveen Kumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company to execute the fresh Listing Agreement with the BSE Limited (Bombay Stock Exchange).
2. Considered and approved the policy for preservation of documents pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015.
3. Considered and Approved the policy for determination of materiality of events/information?s and authorized the Key Managerial Person, Mr. Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director of the company for determining materiality of an event or information and for making disclosures to Stock Exchange under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
