1. Approved the re-appointment of Shri Vijay Data as a Managing Director and Shri Daya Kishan Data as a Whole Time Director subject to the approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Recommendation for appointment of Smt. Gayatri Devi as a woman Director.
3. Recommendation for appointment of Shri Ram Babu Jhalani, Shri G. R. Goyal, Shri Ramesh Chand Gupta, Shri Shivkumar Deviprasad Gupta as Independent Directors of the Company.
