Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 7th August 2026 inter alia took note of the following:1. Appointment of Mrs. Anuradha Mookerjee (DIN:10174271) as Additional Director in the category of Independent Director Based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee the Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Anuradha Mookerjee (DIN: 10174271) as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from 8th August 2026 subject to the approval of the shareholders within a period of three months from the date of appointment or the next general meeting whichever is earlier. The aforesaid appointment has been approved in terms of the applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013 and Listing Regulations.
