With reference to the captioned subject matter the Company has informed BSE that the Company has accepted the resignation of Mrs. Swagata Dasgupta in the meeting held on July 30 2022.However the resignation letter from Mrs. Swagata Dasgupta was missing in the submission and the same has now been provided herewith.
