Further to our letter dated June 29 2023 and pursuant to applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations 2014 as amended read with circulars notifications and guidelines issued thereunder from time to time (including any statutory modifications or amendments or re-enactments thereof for the time being in force) (the "InvIT Regulations") we hereby submit the copy of newspaper advertisement published on June 30 2023 in Financial Express (English) and Loksatta (Marathi) inter-alia to intimate Unitholders and interested stakeholders of India Grid Trust ("IndiGrid") regarding 6th Annual General Meeting of IndiGrid scheduled to be held on Friday July 28 2023 at 11.00 a.m. IST through video conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
