This is in reference to our earlier intimation dated 13th May 2025 with respect to Earnings Conference Call (Group Call) for investors on Friday 16th May 2025 at 4:00 P.M. (IST) to discuss the financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.We wish to inform you that due to change in engagements of Management the said Earnings Conference Call (Group Call) has now been re-scheduled to 5:30 P.M. (IST) (instead of 4:00 PM (IST)) on same day i.e. Friday 16th May 2025. The revised details of the conference call are enclosed herewith.
