Maximaa Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have in their meeting held on July 30, 2016 appointed Ms. Snehal Tondwalkar, Company Secretary as 'Compliance Officer' in terms of Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 w.e.f. July 30, 2016 in place of Ms. Dixita Patel who was earlier the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
