With reference to the captioned subject we wish to inform you that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday 30th September 2019 at 10.00 A.M. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at B-1 Yashkamal Tithal Road Valsad - 396 001 Gujarat India. The Notice in this connection is being dispatched to the members of the company.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Tuesday 24th September 2019 to Monday 30th September 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2019.
The Cut-Off Date for the reckoning the voting rights is fixed on Monday 23rd September 2019.
